With one exception, each of the SMS apps below is locked to a single SMS gateway. This is because each gateway company has its own specific, incompatible technical requirements and to support them all would result in a very large and complex app.

The cost of any app is so trivial in relation to the savings on SMS that it is not considered in the comparisons below.
